Process

From inquiry to experience

Every private dining experience is planned around the space, number of guests and the real conditions on location. Before confirmation, we go through the date, location, type of event, menu idea, allergies, available kitchen and preferred style of service.

For a smooth experience, it is helpful to check the basic kitchen conditions in advance — such as a hob or stove, oven, fridge, working surface, and the available plates, cutlery, glasses and drinks setup.

To ensure enough time for preparation, it is recommended to send the inquiry as early as possible, ideally at least 7 days before the event. The date is confirmed after agreement and payment of a reservation fee, which covers planning, organisation and possible initial ingredient purchases. In case of a late cancellation, the reservation fee may be retained to cover already incurred costs.

  • INQUIRY
Send the date, location, number of guests, type of event and a short menu idea. At this stage, it is also helpful to mention allergies, intolerances, special wishes and, if possible, send a few photos of the kitchen and working surface.

    AGREEMENT
Together, we agree on the menu, service style, approximate flow of the event, drinks, equipment and kitchen conditions. For smaller groups, individual plated service is possible; for larger groups, a more relaxed sharing-style service can be arranged.

    PREPARATION
After confirmation, I take care of ingredient planning and preparation. Part of the work is done in advance, while dishes are finished on location and adapted to the rhythm of the event.

    EXECUTION
I arrive on location early enough to prepare everything calmly. After the service, I leave the main working surface tidy within the agreed scope. Additional service, equipment or special space preparation can be arranged in advance.
