My name is Nejc Alešovec, and I am a chef with many years of experience in the kitchen and in working with people. In private dining, I combine technical preparation, seasonal ingredients and a relaxed approach. I adapt the menu, timing and execution to the space, guests and occasion.

I enjoy creating evenings where guests can relax and the host does not have to think about every detail. My role is to make sure the kitchen, service and rhythm of the evening work calmly, smoothly and without unnecessary pressure.

FROM RESTAURANT KITCHENS TO PRIVATE DINING

My culinary path started during my education in Bled, and through years of work in professional kitchens I gradually took on more responsibility — from preparing dishes to organising the work and leading a team. I gained experience in different culinary environments, including Hotel Triglav Bled – Restaurant 1906, Pavus – Grad Tabor Laško and Bistro Bombina. I have also worked on various kitchen projects, events and private dining experiences in different locations.

Today, I am most drawn to smaller, personal culinary experiences, where the menu, timing and execution can be adapted to the guests, the space and the occasion. Good preparation, clear communication, reliability and attention to detail matter to me.
