Send the date, location, number of guests and a short idea of the event. Based on that, I will prepare a menu proposal, execution plan and an approximate price.

For an easier reply, please also mention any special wishes, allergies, dietary restrictions, approximate timing and your phone number. If possible, you can send photos of the location, kitchen or working surface later by email or phone. If you are not sure about the menu yet, a basic idea is enough — I can suggest a suitable direction and adapt it to your taste, space and occasion.

The date is finally confirmed after agreement and payment of a reservation fee. I recommend arranging the reservation as early as possible, ideally at least 7 days before the event, so there is enough time to prepare the menu, organise the execution and source the ingredients.
